Behaviors and strategies that help with stress would also be expected to help you get the most from Qualia Resilience. We recommend focusing on: (1) Consistently getting enough quality sleep—lack of sleep is a source of stress and can leave us less able to cope well with stress; (2) Regularly exercising in ways that create fitness—being sedentary and excessive exercise can both add to stress load; and (3) Practicing meditation or breathing techniques to calm the mind and center the body.

Qualia Resilience was formulated for adults 18 years old and over. It is intended for people who would like to experience enhanced resilience, mental toughness, calmness, and more capacity to cope with and recover from stressful events and circumstances.*
Qualia Resilience can be taken with or without food. When we tested Qualia Resilience prior to launch, most participants chose to take it with food, but others took it without food. So, if taking supplements on an empty stomach is something that you tolerate well and find more convenient, feel free to take Qualia Resilience without food.
The recommended dose for Qualia Resilience is 2 capsules a day. We also recommend following a dosing approach of taking Qualia Resilience for 5 days a week, with 2 days each week when it is not taken.*
While we have no reason to suspect any of the ingredients in Qualia Resilience would be problematic for children and teenagers, we do not recommend giving it to them for several reasons.
