Where is my package?

If you've received notification that your package has been delivered, yet is not in your mailbox, you might be thinking, "What the heck USPS!"

The USPS tracking system and notifications are set up so that, at times, the USPS will mark a package as 'delivered' according to its estimated arrival date vs. the actual delivery of the package.  

With this in mind, if the USPS says your package has been delivered, yet it's not in your mailbox, this is an idiosyncrasy in their system, and the package will most likely show up the following day. Keep an eye out for your package and let us know if it does not arrive by the end of the following business day. Also login to your Neurohacker account to ensure the shipping address on file with your order is correct.

PLEASE NOTE: The occurrence of these delays and inconsistencies in delivery are typically heightened around national holidays and any high volume mail periods. 

Shipping and tracking.

How long will it take for an order to ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Email Confirmation. You will then receive a follow up email with the tracking number once the order ships, so that you can track its whereabouts as the expected delivery date approaches. 

Orders typically process through the fulfillment center and ship within 24-48 hours of the corresponding business day. 

Estimated time of arrival depends on which shipping option you select during checkout.

We offer Standard and Priority shipping.

Standard = 3-5 business days from the day it ships

Priority = 2-3 business days from the day it ships

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tracking code. If you don't see that email, please check your SPAM folder.  

You can also log into your account on the Neurohacker site and view your tracking information there as well.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders to the following countries can be placed on the Neurohacker Shop page:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

If you reside somewhere outside these areas:

Orders for any country in the EU can be placed via our partner, LiveHelfi 

For UK residents you can order from XBrain or AggressiveHealth

Orders from Switzerland can be placed via Alpine Alchemy.

Orders for other countries can be placed via Lucky Vitamin

Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Amazon AU carry NHC products.

 

International Shipping Cost and Fees

International Shipping cost is $12.98 

Estimated shipping time is 15-22 days, which can vary, depending on customs protocols and checkpoints in each respective country. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking code once the order ships so you can track your order along the way.

OF NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying any international VAT, sales tax, or custom duties. As each country is unique in this regard, we're unable to speak to each country specifically. This is a topic of empowered responsibility for you to explore. 

How much is the shipping cost?

NHC provides standardized shipping costs in order to ensure the most timely and reliable shipping & delivery for our customers.

We offer Standard and Priority for domestic orders.

US Shipping Cost

Standard $7.98

Priority $12.98

International Shipping Cost

Standard $12.98

**These rates are based on a 1 unit shipment. Customers ordering more than 1 unit will have increased shipping costs according to number of units purchased.

Do you have a local pick up option?

Unfortunately we don't have a local NHC headquarters pick up option.

How To Apply a Coupon

After you press the Buy Now button for the Subscription or Single Purchase option on the Neurohacker Shop page you will find the ability to add a discount code on the right side of the screen under Have a discount code?

Please note: Some coupons are good for Subscriptions only, while others Single Purchase only. Be sure to reference your coupon code and place the order and corresponding discount accordingly. 

What is our refund policy?

Our refund policy is very simple.

Feel 100% Satisfied within 100 days or get a 100% refund.

There is no hassle. 

If you do not absolutely LOVE our products for ANY reason,
simply get in touch via phone, email, tweet, whatever and let us know you’d like a refund. 

That’s it.

You do not have to return anything to us.  The product is yours to keep.

100 Day Money Back Return Policy applies as a full refund within 100 days for all first time purchasers of an initial order (1 unit) of product, or the final order (1 unit) of a subscription.

It does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed.  

Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household.

Of Note: Orders placed via Amazon must be refunded via Amazon. To do so, submit a 'Request a Refund' ticket via Amazon, who will be happy to facilitate that for you.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already shipped, we're unable to cancel said order since it's already en route. If you notify [email protected] while your order is processing, we'd be happy to cancel it for you. 

If you have a subscription, you can reach out to [email protected] prior to your next order processing and we'd be happy to cancel it for you. You can also login to your account at anytime to do so as well. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards*, AmazonPay and Paypal.

Paypal is only available for single orders.

*We are unable to accept Credit cards from Non US Card Issuing Bank
