I’ve been using this only one month. I love the supportive ingredient blend: magnesium, sodium, chloride, sea salt and 2 types of Creatine. I put it in my coffee before my workout. It blends well with no taste which I appreciate. Thank you for quality products!
First Try
I've been taking creatine for about 3 years. I'm anxious to see the "extended" benefits of taking Qualia's creatine. I also purchased one for my father to help his "brain aging". I'll report back after he's taken this product for a few weeks.

Clean and easy
I have used many brands/types of creatine and this is my favorite. I experienced ZERO gastrointestinal issues, as opposed to other brands. The powder is super fine and dissolves immediately and thoroughly. It does not taste bitter or gritty at all. It is so fine, that it can be a little messy when scooping, but that is well worth it for the quality.

First of all your customer service has been awesome. I received my Creatine the same day I was leaving town for a few days and decided to start using it on my return. Needless to say I became ill and have not tried this product yet. I’m very anxious to try this but I think it’s best for me to be feeling better. Maybe another 2-3 days. Once I start taking this product I will most certainly give a better review.
Shoulder pain
Bought this product to help heal a shoulder injury. Only been taking a short while, but seems to be lessening the pain and restoring range of motion.

The Qualia Creatine is a great product. Not only does it work well, but it is easy to use. It dissolves very easily in my morning coffee and smoothies. I highly recommend Qualia Creatine.
First Time Trying Creatine and I am very impressed
I had never considered taking creatine before but when Qualia released theirs, and I read more about the potential cognitive benefits, I became quite curious and tried it out. Along with Qualia mind, I do feel a definite sense of calm, clarity, and focus which is much appreciated and the primary reason for my experiment. However, as an avid yogi, in particular heated powerful flow, I am enjoying the performance benefits much more than I ever accounted for....I definitely see an increase in stamina and recovery....as well as more lean tone in my muscles. I have had a regular practice for years now and am quite aware of my body and its functionality....so it is quite enjoyable to see a distinct improvement as someone who really enjoys feeling strong and balanced in my physical practice.
