Did not help with sleep as hoped
I didn’t notice much of a difference, if any, so I don’t think I’d buy it. I Was hoping to notice it helping with sleep and it didn’t seem to.

Hopeful
I have seen the ads & watched the Qualia videos. I ordered yest & I literally just received my order. I took 2 as directed & am excited to see the benefits each day. I am giving 3 stars for extremely fast delivery. I hope to change it to a 5 star review as soon as I start to see the improvements.

Really no difference on how I feel when taking this product
Magnesium blends provide a better spectrum
I really like that it has 10 forms of magnesium plus all those other trace minerals. We don't get anywhere near as many minerals as we used to from our food, folks! The only reason I'm not giving this four stars is because I'm already getting some magnesium and other minerals naturally from a local spring. I fill up several 3 gallon jugs of Spring Water on a regular basis.
Disappointed
I have been using a store brand chelated magnesium that I purchase from a local organic store near my home that has been working very well for leg cramps and sleep. I was excited to try the Qualia brand magnesium as I read the product information and the benefits. Unfortunately, I found that the Qualia brand was not as helpful as the brand that I’ve been taking.
Bothers my stomach

It says it’s one month quantity but it only gives you 56 pills
The directions says “two pills per day” and Qualia is billing you for “one month supply”. But they only give me 56 pills in a bottle. So that means you should have anywhere from 4 to 6 more pills per bottle. 31 days in the month or 30 days in the month. What they give you is a bottle that’s only good for 28 days of the month, Which is only the month of Feb., and only valid three out of four years. So they are cheating you.
not good for IBS
I wanted to like this, but it triggered an IBS reaction, and I had to stop. Now I have an expensive bottle of magnesium I can't use - bummer.

Wish you had more detailed information qbout how many cabs you get per bottle. Not what I expected for the prize.
Not life changing
I didn't experience any major or noticeable changes. I have been using BioOptimizers for some time before this, so perhaps that is why?
Pleasant, in control and relaxed.
I believe the product worked well: I had a a sense of calm during very challenging times (2 hurricanes in Tampa). I felt like I had less bloating. However, I was very tired the next day if I took the magnesium after 5:00 pm.

Overall I did notice some improvement in my sleep quality. Good product.

Unfortunately, this is causing a laxative effect for me so I will have to discontinue.
Cancelling a Subscription Issue
I have two of the same products, both on 4 week recurring shipment. I've attempted to cancel one, but was I formed that my request was not accepted. I'm not finding ding a clear method to cancel one of the two recurring subscriptions. Will be calling customer service tomorrow morning to rectify. Based on that effort, I'll likely provide an updated review.

I canceled my subscription in November. I am still receiving the product and want to make sure I’m not being charged for it.

Leg cramps
I tried it for a week and I'm going back to magnesium glycinate because it didn't give me like cramps like this product did. I'm also asking for a refund.

I am totally curious with this company. I have reached out to you over and over I have called. I have sent emails and I do not get any response about what you were going to do about sending my orders for months to estate and an address that I have never lived in I have lived in this same house for almost 50 years. There is no way that you all did not mess up this address debacle.
