Three months later
I have been taking Qualia Mind Caffeine-free for about three months. My thinking is more focused, my sleep better. I have good energy (even when I don't get enough sleep), and I am pleased with the product.
Focus and clarity
I started taking this after a 10-day bout with c19 and strep. I was left in a fog, and felt tired all day. After 2 days of taking this, my energy leveled up and I was able to focus again. I follow the advice of only taking when needed (work days) and it’s working well for me.

Improved Mental clarity
I have been using Qualia Mind for a year now. There has been an increased mental clarity and cognitive ability. I use caffeine free because the caffeine variety give me jitters and I am trying to cut down caffeine. At this point, Qualia is part of my morning routine Mon-Fri.
