Why don’t you recommend cycling Qualia Skin for 5 days on followed by 2 days off like some other Qualia products?
There are two reasons. One reason is that Qualia Skin doesn’t contain the nootropic or adaptogen ingredients we philosophically prefer users take intermittently (i.e. we think it can be useful to build in a 2 day break each week from some dietary supplement ingredients in the same way it can be useful to have a few days off from exercise each week).
The other reason is that skincare routines tend to be daily habits, and we want Qualia Skin to fit in with other daily skincare habits.
